• Costs for Shipping Multiple Items

• Shipping to Multiple Addresses

• Shipping to Country Different to Account Address
  If your account and destination addresses are in different countries, the shipping cost for your destination country will be applied.

  If you live in the U.S. and want to ship your order to England, the shipping cost will be that to England.

• Special Shipping Surcharges
