URUSHI (Lacquer) It is a paint that has made from a sap of the "Urushi" tree. The sap's original color is milky white, and add to it black, vermilion, etc. paint, before paint something.

It is very durable among natural paints and adhesives, and it is excellent in acid resistance, alkali resistance and water resistance.

Cashew Lacquer It is a way of painting that using a paint which is made from the oil extracted from cashew nut shells, instead of using lacquer paint.
The cashew trees is belong to the plant family called Anacardiaceae(it is same plant family as lacquer tree), because its properties has very similar to lacquer, and in the texture of its product, it is not so easy to distinguish between the lacquerware and the ware with this paint.
However, the cashew paint is different from the lacquer, it is not will be harden compared to lacquer in nature. In order to change it hard on the same level with lacquer, the cashew paint is added a dab of solvent . Therefore, it cannot be fully called natural paint.
